    Australian Domestic

    We ship within 2-3 days and use Australia Post across Australia. Due to the fragile nature of our homewares, we insist on insurance to protect you and us in the event your purchase arrives broken. In the unfortunate event that this does happen, please contact us, and we will rectify the situation as a priority.

     

    Orders will be shipped via Australia Post or courier services (subject to their terms and conditions). Please make sure all customer shipping details are correct as we cannot redirect any orders once they have been dispatched. All parcels are sent via the terms and conditions of the carrier and may require a signature upon delivery. In the event that there is no one in attendance at the nominated delivery address, couriers including Australia Post may leave a parcel collection card or instruction for arranging re-delivery.

     

    International Shipping

    If you would like to place an international order, please be advised the international shipping will need to be invoiced separately. A standard shipping fee will be charged on ordering just to secure your goods. This will be deducted from the shipping cost total charged on a separate invoice. Goods will not be shipped until the shipping invoice is paid in full.

    Returns & Refunds

    Our returns period lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

     

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

     

    A return address will be sent to you where you should send the product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (Postage and Insurance) for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

     

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and the process going forward to make an exchange. We do not process refunds, and if your return is approved, you’ll receive a credit voucher for the value of your return which can be used for the purchase of any other product from our collection.
